decent stay in central location
friendly staff good facilities central location water system temperature fluctuation shower discomfort
i appreciated the friendly staff. the facilities were very good. the hotel is located next to shops and food (i found this very convenient).
there seemed to be an issue with the water system. it was hard to shower comfortably. the water temperature fluctuated a lot.

poor soundproofing ineffective air conditioning
The soundproofing in my room was terrible. i could hear everything happening outside, especially noise from nearby bars late into the night. it. also, the air conditioning was not effective. It struggled to cool the room, and i had to set it to the lowest temperature to feel any difference.

bad noise insulation uncomfortable bed
The breakfast was really good with a variety of Thai food. It allowed us to try different things.
The noise insulation was bad. I could hear people and doors. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was noisy with movement. The mattress seemed like it was sinking. Room service ended at 11 pm.

fantastic stay!
modern design spacious layout comfortable bed high-speed wifi
i stayed in a beautiful king room city view. the room featured a modern design with a spacious layout. i found the bed comfortable with quality linens. the bathroom had a rainfall shower, (a great feature!) and provided fluffy towels. i really appreciated the high-speed wifi throughout the hotel.
i noticed a slight delay during the check-in process, it wasn't a major issue though.

the hotel is situated near many restaurants and grocery stores. it is a convenient distance from old town, providing easy access to markets. the hotel serves as a convenient starting point for tours with the last pickup and first drop-off.

the hotel staff members are friendly and professional. a staff member proactively offered to teach a few gym exercises. the breakfast restaurant manager engaged in a cute conversation about travel plans. this was a very hospitable gesture.

thai food towel animals
the breakfast buffet impressed me with its large assortment of food. i particularly enjoyed the thai food options, it gave me a chance to try various local dishes. pane, our housekeeper, kept our room super clean and left cute towel animals each day.
the check-in process took a little longer than expected.
